Annapurna Interactive Confirms Autumn Launch for Forever Ago with New Trailer

“Life is made of stories. About where we’ve been, where we’re going, and the people we meet along the way.” This profound message introduces the latest trailer for Forever Ago, an adventure game published by Annapurna Interactive and developed by Third Shift.

Described as a “poignant narrative game,” Forever Ago follows Alfred, an elderly man who recounts his life’s adventures after experiencing a personal tragedy, seemingly the loss of his partner. Traveling in a camper van and documenting his journey with an instant camera, his story is portrayed as a quest for “redemption.”

Forever Ago is set to launch on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store), PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2. While a firm release date is yet to be announced, its launch is confirmed for autumn. The latest trailer provides a substantial look at the game’s visuals and atmosphere.
