Following yesterday’s revelation of the confirmed playoff bracket for the ESL One Birmingham Dota 2 tournament, held at the DreamHack facility in the UK, we can now bring you the results from the initial series. Two teams have successfully secured their berths in the Upper Bracket Final, where a coveted spot in the Grand Final awaits the victor.
In the opening matchups, Team Yandex emerged victorious over Team Spirit with a 2-1 series win. Subsequently, Tundra Esports mirrored this performance, triumphing over Aurora Gaming with an identical 2-1 scoreline. These results set up an exciting clash between Team Yandex and Tundra Esports in tomorrow’s Upper Bracket Final. Meanwhile, Team Spirit and Aurora Gaming have been relegated to the Lower Bracket, where they now face the challenge of fighting to stay in the tournament.
