With Toy Story 5 set to hit cinemas this summer, one might have anticipated a Fortnite crossover with Pixar’s beloved universe to coincide with its cinematic release. However, it seems the highly anticipated collaboration is arriving sooner than expected.
Confirmation has emerged that the worlds of Toy Story and Fortnite are about to collide, with the crossover expected to launch tomorrow, April 10th. This initial release promises a range of exciting cosmetics for Epic Games’ battle royale.
Players can look forward to iconic Buzz Lightyear and Emperor Zurg skins, which will be available in the Item Shop. Alongside these fan-favorite characters, a host of other cosmic Buzz-themed items will be introduced. These include an Alien Sidekick, “To Infinity,” “Destroy Buzz,” and “Chosen One” emotes, unique Kicks to wear, Back Bling, Pickaxes, a Glider, and even the recognizable Pizza Planet delivery truck for in-game driving.
While Epic Games has yet to officially unveil most of these upcoming items, prominent Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR has already shared several sneak peeks of the collaboration across social media platforms.
