Tides of Tomorrow: Digixart’s New Adventure Offers 10-15 Hours of Playtime

Digixart, the acclaimed studio behind the popular Road 96, is gearing up to launch one of April’s most anticipated titles: Tides of Tomorrow. Set to release on April 22nd for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, the game’s director, Adrien Poncet, recently provided insights into the project, including how long players can expect to spend in its world before the credits roll.

Poncet confirmed that “A playthrough lasts between 10 and 15 hours, depending on the amount of exploration and the number of levels you play (many of which are optional).” This suggests a more substantial and ambitious adventure compared to the studio’s previous work on the Road 96 series, aiming for a reasonably paced, extended experience.

However, the game’s duration isn’t rigidly fixed. Poncet emphasized that the playtime is flexible, adapting to individual playstyles and preferences. “If you have less time and want to experience the main story, you’re able to finish the game quite quickly. But if you want to dive deep into the game’s universe, find all the secrets, and read all inspectable documents, you’ll have plenty to enjoy!” he explained. This design philosophy aims to accommodate both players seeking a focused narrative and those who wish to meticulously explore every corner of the game world.
