We’ve been eagerly following the development of the third season of Netflix’s Wednesday, especially since the upcoming batch of episodes was greenlit last summer. Since then, we’d already learned that Eva Green would be joining the series in a mysterious role, while Winona Ryder also expanded the cast, promising a show filled with experienced stars in gothic roles.
With production for Season 3 now underway, it has also been confirmed that a few more interesting names are bolstering the cast, each in a guest role. The most prominent star is undoubtedly Lena Headey, famed for her role as Cersei Lannister in Game of Thrones. The ensemble is also being strengthened by Andrew McCarthy of Weekend at Bernie’s and James Lance from Ted Lasso. While we know they will be guest stars, details about the specific characters these three actors will play remain under wraps for now.
Stay tuned for more updates on Wednesday. Production has been ongoing for nearly two months and appears to be progressing well.
