Fortnite has a rich history of collaborations, featuring numerous pop stars and musicians. Past partnerships include Travis Scott, Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars, Eminem, J Balvin, The Weeknd, Lady Gaga, Metallica, Mariah Carey, Snoop Dogg, and Sabrina Carpenter, among many others. Now, another prominent pop artist is set to join this esteemed roster.
Epic Games has officially announced that Olivia Rodrigo is joining Fortnite as part of the game’s latest collaboration. This new content includes two Icon Series skins for players to use in-game, titled “Sour” and “Lover Girl.” Additionally, players will gain access to the “Good 4 U” and “Maggots for Brains” emotes. The update also introduces three new Jam Tracks: “Drop Dead,” “Maggots for Brains,” and “Deja Vu.” To complete the cosmetic offerings, there are two new Back Bling options: “Butterfly Wings” and the “Flammable Sticker Collection.”
Furthermore, Olivia Rodrigo will appear as an NPC within the Battle Royale mode. Players who engage with her in-game will unlock the “Heart Locket” spray and its corresponding loading screen. The “Festival Karaoke” mode will also feature six new songs as part of this collaboration.
