Team Vitality, currently recognized as the leading Counter-Strike 2 team globally, is establishing a robust foundation for its future by launching the Vitality Academy. This initiative aims to nurture promising talent and ensure a continuous stream of skilled players for the main team.
The French organization has officially introduced “Vitality Academy,” an academy program dedicated to identifying and cultivating Counter-Strike 2 talent with the clear objective of “building tomorrow’s champions.”
With this ambitious vision, the inaugural roster for Vitality Academy has been announced, featuring the following players and staff:
- Ulysse ‘katkame’ Thiebault
- Luca-Adrian ‘lucaZ’ Gavrilut
- Aleks ‘Reqqen’ Frolov
- Kirill ‘Dafra1D’ Polieiko
- Patrick ‘patrenzo’ Hauer
- Pablo ‘VdaK1NG’ Escobar (Team Coach)
- Matthieu Péché (Team Manager)
Commenting on the academy’s mission, Team Vitality President Fabien ‘Neo’ DeVide stated, “Creating a Counter-Strike academy is an investment in the future of our ecosystem. For esports to continue growing and structuring itself, it must rely on solid development pathways capable of identifying, supporting, and nurturing the talents of tomorrow. At Team Vitality, we want to perform today, but also build tomorrow’s champions and contribute to elevating the entire scene to the next level.”
Vitality Academy is set to compete in the second division of Counter-Strike 2 competitions. The team’s debut tournament has yet to be announced.
