In the 91 days following the new season's debut, a staggering 100 million people tuned in to watch Fallout seasons, with Season 2 alone contributing 83 million of those views.
This monumental viewership establishes Fallout Season 2 as the most successful returning series ever on Prime Video, securing the top spot in over 80 countries. Remarkably, despite the Fallout universe's distinct American roots, international viewership actually surpassed domestic audiences, accounting for 53% of the total.
It's highly probable that Amazon is now working feverishly to expedite the production of Season 3 as much as humanly possible. Considering the eighteen-month gap between the first two seasons, a similar timeframe would place a potential Season 3 premiere in the summer of 2027.
Filming for the third season of Fallout is reportedly set to commence in May.
