Leonid Radvinsky, the reclusive billionaire behind the popular content platform OnlyFans, has passed away at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer.
The Ukrainian-born entrepreneur acquired OnlyFans in 2018, transforming it into a dominant global platform predominantly for adult content creators. Under his stewardship, the platform experienced explosive growth, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, propelling Radvinsky to multi-billionaire status with an estimated net worth of $4.7 billion at the time of his death.
OnlyFans, originally a niche subscription service founded by Tim Stokely, evolved into a mainstream digital enterprise under Radvinsky's ownership. By 2024, the platform was generating approximately $1.4 billion in annual revenue, with its users collectively spending over $7 billion.
Radvinsky's career began in the late 1990s with various online ventures focused on adult content, some of which attracted legal scrutiny. He later founded MyFreeCams, a prominent webcam platform, before taking the helm at OnlyFans.
