Palworld: Price Remains Unchanged for 1.0 Release
With the upcoming 1.0 release of Palworld just days away on July 10th, it was anticipated that the launch would coincide with a price increase, pushing the base edition above its current early access price of $29.99. However, this will not be the case.
Developer Pocketpair announced on social media that Palworld will not see a price hike, stating it's "a small way to say thank you."
The developer further added, "We are incredibly proud of the journey Palworld has taken. Thanks to the amazing support of our players, it has become a success that surpasses our wildest dreams."
This news comes as it was recently confirmed that Palworld has surpassed 40 million players. While this doesn't necessarily equate to 40 million copies sold, given the game's availability on Game Pass and other platforms, it clearly demonstrates that Pocketpair has earned significant revenue from Palworld over time.
