These armaments, procured through NATO's Ukraine Priority Requirements List (PURL), are currently being delivered. Former President Donald Trump has previously noted that the military frequently reassigns equipment between regions based on operational needs. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte confirmed that, while European allies remain concerned about U.S. stock levels, the majority of PURL deliveries are proceeding as planned.
