With the release of the next installment in the Madden NFL video game series just weeks away, EA Sports has begun revealing official player ratings for the upcoming title. The game is scheduled to launch on August 13th, with early access available three days prior for those who purchase the Deluxe Edition or MVP Pack.

As the release date approaches, EA has started to unveil official player rating information for the new game in the series. To date, six players have been revealed, and each of them has earned a spot in the prestigious "99 Club." In Madden NFL, a 99 is the highest possible rating a player can achieve, meaning those debuting with this mark are often considered the best performers from the previous season.

For those wondering, cover star Caleb Williams is not among them; in fact, no Chicago Bears player has joined this club. However, the list does include two players from the Los Angeles Rams, along with one each from the Cincinnati Bengals, Seattle Seahawks, Buffalo Bills, and Arizona Cardinals. Discover the full list below.

  • Ja'Marr Chase - Cincinnati Bengals
  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba - Seattle Seahawks
  • Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills
  • Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams
  • Myles Garrett - Los Angeles Rams
  • Trey McBride - Arizona Cardinals

More details on player ratings are expected to be released in the coming days.
