Rolls-Royce has revealed Project Nightingale, and calling it merely a car feels like an understatement.
This is an all-electric, two-seater convertible, coachbuilt and limited to just 100 units, reserved for the brand’s most exclusive clientele. It also marks the beginning of a new ‘Coachbuild Collection,’ where Rolls-Royce leans heavily into ultra-specialized and unique creations. Visually, it bears no resemblance to anything the brand has produced before. The design draws inspiration from Rolls-Royce’s experimental models of the 1920s, blending Art Deco proportions with a dramatic, almost yacht-like silhouette.
And, as you might have guessed, it’s enormous. It’s actually nearly the size of a Phantom, despite being strictly a two-seater. This is an electric vehicle, but specific details regarding power delivery or projected range are not yet known. Inside, expect intricate lighting effects inspired by birdsong, ultra-luxurious materials, and an interior designed to feel more like a healing space than a traditional cockpit.
Production is slated to commence around 2028, with pricing yet to be confirmed.
